Privacy Policy

Purpose and controller

ORION Development Bridge is private development infrastructure operated by GPC Tactical for its owner. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to d.198692@gmail.com.

Google data accessed

The application requests only Gmail read-only access. It searches the authenticated account's Sent folder for messages addressed to one dedicated intake address and reads the matching message's identifiers, headers, labels, and plain-text body to validate and submit an explicitly approved development task.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to authenticate the owner, verify that a matching message was sent by that owner, validate the approved task envelope, prevent replay, and submit the typed task to the local ORION Development Bridge intake. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or any unrelated purpose.

Storage and security

The OAuth credential is stored locally on the owner's Windows account using Windows Data Protection API protection. Bridge and development-worker processes do not inherit that credential. Local receipts contain hashes and processing status rather than OAuth secrets or full email bodies. The original message remains in Gmail under the owner's normal Gmail retention settings.

Sharing and transfer

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Validated task content is processed only by the owner's local development infrastructure. No public inbound bridge endpoint is provided.

Retention and deletion

Minimal local processing receipts are retained only for integrity, idempotency, troubleshooting, and audit purposes. The owner may remove those receipts, revoke Google access from the Google Account security settings, or delete the local OAuth credential at any time. Revocation stops future Gmail access.

Limited Use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the application's data use changes. Material expansion of access requires a separate review and renewed user authorization.
